For massage - use 3-5 drops per 10 ml of base oil.

For a compress - add 5 drops of oil to 1 cup of warm water.

For an aroma lamp - use 3-5 drops.

For inhalations - use 1-2 drops.

For a bath, use 3-5 drops, and for a footbath, use 1-2 drops of oil. Mix the oil with an emulsifier first (1/4 cup of milk, serum, honey solution, sea salt, or table salt).

To enrich creams, tonics, gels, and shampoos - add 2-3 drops per 5 ml of base product.
