Bath: Mix up to 10-15 drops of essential oil with a small amount of milk (either plant-based or animal), yogurt, honey, salt, or bath gel. This is necessary because essential oils do not dissolve in water and require a medium to disperse properly in the bath.
Steam Inhalation: Add up to 5 drops of essential oil to a pot containing approximately 1-2 liters of hot water. Cover your head and the pot with a towel to trap the steam, and inhale the vapors.
