  Dear Amy, first you prepare the nail plate as always with nail degreaser ets. After that you cover nails with a layer of base coat. After that you apply flakes and dry them in a lamp. This step can be repeated twice if needed. You carefully remove the rest of the flakes from the nails. At the very end you cover nails with top coat. With respect, Makeup Team
