Ik heb het een maand lang gebruikt en hier is mijn conclusie. De kwaliteit van mijn haar is verslechterd; het was eerst zacht en glanzend, maar nu is het dof en voelt het als een spons (ik heb mijn conditioners of maskers niet veranderd). Ik heb roos ontwikkeld en mijn haar begint meer uit te vallen. Mijn hoofdhuid wordt de volgende dag al vies; normaal gesproken was ik het om de 2-3 dagen met een andere shampoo.
Ik heb een zeer gevoelige hoofdhuid, de jeuk is niet zo erg als bij andere producten, maar mijn haar wordt erg vet. Het ziet er de volgende ochtend niet fris uit. Ook heb ik geen verzachtend effect gemerkt. Mijn haar valt net zoveel uit als voorheen. Ik zal het waarschijnlijk niet opnieuw kopen.
