De shampoo heeft een vloeibare consistentie, vergelijkbaar met water. Het schuimt niet goed, dus ik moet er nog een andere shampoo bovenop gebruiken. Het heeft een geur die lijkt op kauwgom (wat subjectief is, maar ik vond het niet lekker). Het helpt wel om vergeling te verbergen, maar ik zal het niet opnieuw kopen.
