Ik heb 2 potten gekocht. Ik voeg 2 theelepels toe aan mijn koffie en drink het 's ochtends rond 9 uur. Het helpt me om het vol te houden zonder eten tot ongeveer 13-14 uur. Er is geen laxerend effect (veel mensen hebben erover geschreven op andere websites). Ik ben tevreden met de aankoop.
