  • Method 1 - Apply the mask to the entire surface of the foot. Then use a paraffin bath or apply a foil occlusion and warm up. After 20-30 minutes, remove the occlusion. Massage the remaining mask thoroughly.

    Method 2 - Apply the mask to sensitive areas (wounds, cracks) and apply a plaster bandage directly over the mask. Remove the bandage after approx. 12 hours.
