For body massage: massage the oil on the body in circular motions.
For body nourishment: apply all over the body after shower on dry skin instead of the regular body cream. Reapply when the skin is dry and thirsty for nourishment.
For hair nourishment: apply a small amount through damp hair from mid-lengths to ends, then wrap up in a towel. Let it sit for two minutes and do not rinse. Avoid applying on the scalp.

Super olie. Het absorbeert gemakkelijk en laat geen vettig residu achter. De huid voelt glad, zacht en gehydrateerd aan. Ik heb het nog niet op mijn haar geprobeerd, maar het is geweldig voor het lichaam. De geur is niet overheersend. Ik raad het aan.
