Ik vond de balsem niet echt leuk. Er zijn betere van hetzelfde merk.
De balsem is uitstekend!!! Ik gebruik Lador maskers eens per week en had een dagelijkse conditioner nodig, deze is perfect. Ik laat het een paar minuten intrekken en mijn haar wordt ongelooflijk zacht, het kamt perfect!!! Natuurlijk is het geen behandeling, het is basisverzorging. Voor zo'n prijs is het een geweldig product. De geur is een beetje sterk, maar voelt lichter aan op het haar na het drogen.
Shampoo is niet speciaal. Ik heb het beweerde effect niet opgemerkt. Ik heb het gebruikt als onderdeel van een set (shampoo, conditioner, balsem) van dezelfde serie.
