    Ik begreep totaal niet hoe ik het moest gebruiken. Wanneer ik het op droog haar aanbracht zonder af te spoelen, ontstonden er hoe dan ook vlokken, wat ik ook deed. Ik probeerde een kleinere hoeveelheid te gebruiken en het gelijkmatig op mijn handpalmen te verdelen, maar de vlokken verschenen nog steeds. Ik probeerde zelfs om het 's nachts te laten zitten en daarna mijn haar te wassen, maar er was geen effect. Ik kocht het ergens anders, maar het maakt niet uit, het product is hetzelfde.
