De shampoo is vloeibaar, als water, schuimt slecht (maar dat is vergeeflijk) en heeft een sterke chemische geur, waarna je het hele appartement moet ventileren.
Het maakte mijn natuurlijk glad en glanzend haar stroachtig! Ik hoopte dat dit een tijdelijk effect zou zijn en dat mijn haar zou beginnen met "verzadigen en herstellen".... Ik wachtte een maand... er gebeurde geen wonder. Gelukkig bleven ze tenminste op hun plaats!
