Ik heb dit product besteld als cadeau. Ik inspecteerde het item, maar merkte niet meteen op dat de sticker op de doos was doorgesneden, wat aangeeft dat iemand het al had geopend. Ik controleerde het werkelijke product en er waren extra fabrieksstickers op de crèmes. Echter, het schuim was helemaal niet verpakt, er waren geen folies of iets om aan te geven dat het product niet gemorst of verdund was.
Ik ben nog nooit zo'n situatie met make-up tegengekomen, alles is altijd goed verpakt geweest.
