To conduct the test, you will need a fresh urine sample. It should be collected in a dry and clean container in the morning after a break of at least 5 hours.

Perform the test using the test strip by briefly dipping it into the urine sample and then immediately removing it.
While removing the test strip, gently slide it along the edge of the container to remove excess urine and prevent contamination.
Hold the strip horizontally and touch it with the edge of a paper towel to remove any remaining liquid.
