De conditioner is dik en de plastic fles waarvan het is gemaakt, is zeer stevig. Om de conditioner uit de fles te krijgen, moet je deze op de grond plaatsen en met al je gewicht naar beneden drukken. Het helpt niet om de conditioner goed uit te knijpen, zelfs niet als je aan de dispenser draait. Het product zelf is redelijk, maar ik zal het niet opnieuw kopen vanwege de moeilijkheid om het op de juiste manier te gebruiken.
