De wax is altijd goed, dus ik koop het altijd. Maar deze keer kwam de wax in een vreselijke staat aan. Het moet lange tijd gesmolten zijn geweest. Ze hebben het in een bal gewikkeld die strak aan de cartridge vastzat. Het is verschrikkelijk plakkerig en het was erg moeilijk om het eraf te vegen. En natuurlijk was de cartridge niet vol. Ongeveer 20-30 procent is eruit gelekt. Het is schandalig om zoiets te sturen! Ik heb eerder meerdere exemplaren gekocht, maar ik weet niet hoe ik dit allemaal moet oplossen zodat ik het kan gebruiken.
