Lewer Gua Sha
Gua Sha therapy is becoming increasingly popular around the world, including China where it originally comes from. It is part of the so-called ‘slow living’ lifestyle that implies taking slow approaches to different aspects of everyday life, including a skincare routine.
Gua Sha is used for both warm and cold massages to lift, firm, and de-puff the face. It involves the use of an innovative facial massage tool (aka ‘a scraper’) to stroke the skin and increase circulation for a glowing complexion. This ancient Chinese practice is in essence a meditative massage, so it won’t work if you’re used to doing multiple things at once. But the rewards of this slow massage technique are enormous; that’s why it has recently seen a major surge in popularity across the world. This mindful ritual allows to better understand yourself, taking the concept of self-care to the next level.
In practice, Gua Sha means a deep tissue facial massage. It helps skincare products to reach deep beneath the skin, resulting in a healthy glow. Having learned the basic techniques it involves, you're likely to see and feel results more quickly than you might expect. You will be able to create a more youthful, radiant complexion. With regular use, it will become even, your blood circulation will increase and puffiness will go away.
Lewer Roller Massager
Face roller has two roller balls. It claims to have a lot of benefits for your skin. In addition to tightening pores, decreasing puffiness and reducing dark circles under the eyes, it may even relieve stress and tension in the muscles.
Cool and smooth to the touch, Rose Quartz helps to soothe the skin, making the self-care routine more enjoyable.

Lewer Gua Sha
Clean the skin thoroughly and apply oil or serum onto it. Proceed along the massage lines, starting from the centre of the forehead and gently gliding the tool to temples, then from the wings of the nose to the temples, from the tip of the nose up to the centre of the forehead, from the corners of the mouth to the middle of the ear, and from the centre of the chin to the earlobes. Deep wrinkles on the forehead should be carefully scraped from the glabella to the hairline. Work the neck and décolleté area from the centre up to the chin and from the jawline to the collarbone. Start with a basic 10-minute-long massage, gradually increasing the time up to 40 minutes.
Contraindications for Gua Sha Massage:
Fever, oncological disorders, surgeries, including fillers, Botox, etc. May cause early product withdrawal, inflammation, active stages of acne, rash. During face inflammations an active neck massage helps the lymph to reduce the inflammation.
Lewer Roller Massager
Clean the skin thoroughly. Apply a skincare product of your choice such as cream or serum that’s slippery enough. Start at neck and roll upward. For best results, roll up, not back and forth. Use the smaller to massage the eye area. Clean and store in a dry, cool place when finished.

Rose Quartz
Verschrikkelijke kwaliteit, het piept vreselijk, verdacht lichtgewicht en biedt nauwelijks warmte. Zelfs rolschaatsen van 100 hryvnias zijn beter dan dit.
