De geur heeft een opvallend natuurlijke aroma van verse groenheid, als een bundel planten, met een scherpe hint van citrus. Ik ruik ook de geur van jonge brandnetels, vergelijkbaar met die in een bosstruweel. Over het algemeen is het een zeer groene, lenteachtige geur die bovendien behoorlijk lang blijft hangen. Gelukkig zijn er in mijn flesje geen sporen van katten te vinden.

De indruk komt niet overeen met de beschrijving die is gegeven. In eerste instantie voelt het alsof een wortel uit de grond is getrokken. Er is een sterke mix van groen, vochtige aarde en wortels, die scherp maar tegelijkertijd prachtig en ongebruikelijk is. Naarmate deze mix vervaagt, komt er een duidelijk dierlijke noot naar voren. Het is moeilijk precies te omschrijven, maar wel merkbaar, en het zal niet iedereen aanspreken. Het is een interessante geur, uniek en origineel, met een indrukwekkende houdbaarheid. Ik heb het gekocht in een taxfree winkel in Parijs. Ik zou aanraden het eerst te testen voordat je het koopt.
