Mijn vriend heeft het aan mij gegeven. Deze balsem is absoluut geweldig. Luxueus. Het haar voelt twee keer zo dik aan na gebruik. Ze worden gevoed en voelen zwaar aan. Het gebruik is zeer minimaal. De balsem zelf is net zo dik als een haarmasker. Het is roze van kleur. De geur is niet de beste, maar wel intens. Echter, dit is een klein probleem in vergelijking met wat het in slechts enkele minuten doet. Een zeer waardevol product. De prijs is echter teleurstellend.
Deze balsem werkte niet voor mij, omdat het mijn haar sterk samenklit en een overweldigende geparfumeerde geur heeft.
