De foundation is geweldig. Bedankt voor het cadeau. Het is prettig. Het is teleurstellend dat ik erachter kwam dat het parfum niet op voorraad was nadat ik het had besteld en betaald. Hoe is dat mogelijk? Als ze niet beschikbaar zijn, geef dat dan alsjeblieft aan. En wat betreft jullie bezorgservice? Het zou op de 10e moeten aankomen, maar het kwam op de 11e aan. Ja, jullie hebben me van tevoren geïnformeerd. Maar ik had specifiek de 10e genoemd, omdat dat voor mij handiger was. Ik kan niet zomaar dagenlang op de koerier zitten wachten.
